Nature finds City: The Bio Hotel Schani Wienblick

The Schani Hotel Group is growing and growing: the family-run Hotel Gallitzinberg will become part of the Schani Group! Austria’s first environmental hotel will be reopened as Bio-Hotel Schani Wienblick at the beginning of the summer. In the meantime, it will be renovated and refurbished. What remains of the old hotel will be its passion for the environment and its protection, the fantastic location away from the noisy, bustling city streets, and its family atmosphere, which guarantees a very relaxing stay.

Organic breakfast with a view over Vienna

From a soft-boiled egg in the morning and a slice of home-made cake in the afternoon to a glass of wine in the evening – culinary treats abound. And as everything tastes even better with an appealing view, our guests can enjoy the organic delicacies from our breakfast buffet in our conservatory that overlooks the entire city.

By the way: when it comes to the most important meal of the day, we prioritize quality over quantity. More than 90% of the products in our breakfast buffet come from organic producers. Even if you are not a guest at the hotel, you can come and test it for yourself, because everybody is welcome to have breakfast overlooking Vienna at Bio-Hotel Schani.

Nature Finds City

The best of two worlds

Guests at BioHotel Schani Wienblick do not have to go all the way to the city centre to discover Vienna’s sights. There is ample opportunity to relax outdoors and take long walks in the hotel’s immediate vicinity. As a partner of the Biosphere Park Wienerwald, we can also recommend which hiking and walking routes are the best for spending a day in the fresh air.  However, for those who would rather explore Vienna’s classic sights, the local public transport will take you right to the city’s heart in 30 minutes.
