Say goodbye to the hassle of finding your room key: At our hotels, you can easily download a mobile key directly to your smartphone! This turns your smartphone into a door opener – and you always have your phone with you, don’t you? However, if you prefer a good old-fashioned key card, we will be happy to provide you with one.

To make your stay as convenient as possible, we do a lot of things digitally. With your smartphone you can check in and out in no time at all. With your user account, you can keep track of your booking and easily edit it at any time.

More space in the Smart Maisonette

Travelling with friends or family? The Smart Maisonette offers plenty of space for everyone – even for yourself – if you like it spacious. This room category is perfect for three people to sleep without getting in each other’s way, thanks to a sofa that converts into a bed for the night. We can also offer you a family room for four: each floor of our design hotel has two double rooms at the end of the corridor, connected by a door.

Each room is equipped with ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi, USB chargers and a small workspace. In addition, our design hotel’s co-working space offers peace and quiet to get work done, as well as areas for inspiring conversation. We also have the perfect facilities for meetings, seminars, and events in Vienna. But if you prefer to relax after a busy day, our quiet location and the wild, romantic hotel garden are ideal for unwinding.

Double room: comfort for two

There are many little details that make our double rooms a real haven of comfort. Don’t like air conditioning? No problem, we can offer you an alternative comfort ventilation system that fills your room with fresh air. A spacious shower with room to move around in freely and stretch in all directions is also very nice, which is why all our rooms have XL showers fitted with Raindance showerheads. All accessible at ground level.

A flat screen, just in case

Sometimes, after a long day of exploring the city, you just want to relax in front of the TV. That is why all our rooms are equipped with 40-inch flat screens. Our TVs also support screen mirroring, so you can see your latest photos in full-size on the screen. High-speed Wi-Fi and USB charging ports next to the bed are, of course, standard with us.

Sustainability is close to our hearts

And we don’t just say that lightly: we rely on a variety of big and small measures to conserve resources and to reduce our energy consumption. This includes, for example, an innovative induction technology that efficiently cools or heats the rooms. We deliberately avoid energy-guzzling minibars in the rooms – but don’t worry, you can always grab a cool drink at the bar!

We save a huge amount of paper – and you save a lot of time – thanks to our digital guest journey with mobile check-in, mobile key, and billing by email. This is why our hotel at Vienna’s central station has been awarded the European GreenBuilding Award as well as the Austrian and the EU Eco-labels.
