Good To Know

Arrival, mobility and transport

Airport

You can reach the airport in just 30 minutes. Opposite the hotel is the Julius-Payer-Gasse stop of the Vienna Airport Lines. Bus No. 3 runs between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm.

We’re also happy to arrange a cheaper airport transfer than a taxi – please let us know in advance.

Bicycles

Many bike paths lead to your destination! Vienna offers over 180 WienMobil Rad stations where you can rent and return bikes. Conveniently, the nearest station is right by the Kaisermühlen – Vienna International Centre subway station. More info here.

Car park

Everything under one roof! You can park your car in our underground garage, subject to availability. Three charging stations for electric vehicles are also available.

Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved. The entrance is just a few meters past the hotel entrance. Simply take a ticket and pay at reception (4.50 €/hour; max. 29 €/day).

E-charging station

Our underground parking garage offers three charging stations for electric vehicles. If no space is available, there’s an alternative just a few meters away: Wagramer Straße 38

Parking in the street

Short-term parking zones apply throughout Vienna. Parking is only permitted with a valid parking permit or ticket. We recommend leaving your car in the garage and using public transport.

Parking tickets must be displayed behind the windshield and are available at tobacconists, gas stations, ticket machines, and Wiener Linien outlets. The first 15 minutes are free.

Public transport

Use public transport – protect the climate! Vienna’s public transport is operated by Wiener Linien. Just a few meters from the hotel, you can access subway line U1 – the perfect line to reach Vienna’s city center attractions. Plan your route with Google Maps, Wiener Linien data is fully integrated. Ticket machines are located at Kaisermühlen VIC subway station. A day ticket pays off from three rides onward.

Please note: A weekly pass is valid for one calendar week only – from Monday 12:00 am until the following Monday at 9:00 am.

By the way, using public transport without a ticket will not pay off. Getting caught without a valid ticket will cost you a fine of 105 €. Our recommendation: download the Wiener Linien App for Android or iOS devices to buy tickets easily and quickly on your smartphone.

Vienna public transport operates almost 20 hours per day. Subways run between 5:00 am and midnight. On weekends and on the nights before holidays, subways run around the clock.

Taxi

Quick and easy! Our reception team can call a taxi for you at any time – it only takes a few minutes.
