A baby cot is available upon request and subject to availability. We’re also happy to warm bottles, and hot water is available 24/7. Need to store baby food in the fridge or at the bar? No problem!

Looking sharp! We’re happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room – just ask at reception.

Forgot something at home? You’ll find a selection of useful items in vending machines on every floor of the main building. Left something behind with us? Contact reception by email or phone.

Drop it off! You’re welcome to store and lock your luggage in our baggage room on level -1.

We’re happy to arrange shipping via the Austrian Postal Service’s pickup service. Reception will be glad to assist you.

Stay up to date! Daily newspapers and magazines are available in the lobby.

You can stand under our umbrella! Stylish Schani umbrellas are available to rent at reception.
