Keep cool! All rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning to help you keep a cool head even on hot days. You’ll find operating instructions next to the control panel.

You’re not here to count sheep! For a comfortable night’s sleep, we exclusively provide synthetic, allergy-friendly bed linen.

Doors open from 3:00 pm! If you arrive in Vienna earlier and your room is ready before the official check-in time, you are of course welcome to check in early.

You can complete your check-in quickly and easily via our web app – no waiting at reception required. Your luggage can be securely stored at any time in our baggage room in the basement.

See you soon! On the day of departure, your room is reserved until 11:00 am – after that, it’s cleaning time. Subject to availability, we offer late check-out until 1:00 pm for an additional fee. Just ask at reception and we’ll see what we can do.

Let’s think more green! For the sake of the environment, we do not clean your room daily. Would you still like your room to be cleaned? Let us know at check-in or hang the green door sign on the outside of your door handle by 11:00 am. This service is, of course, free of charge.

We accept EC card, AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay (EUR), Visa, and VPay.

Your hairstyle stays perfect! Leave the hairdryer at home and lighten your luggage – every room at Hotel Schani UNO City is already equipped with one.

Your room will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking on the day before your arrival. We will send your invoice by email on the day of departure.

Better safe than sorry! Instructions can be found directly on the safe. To lock it, enter any 4-digit code, close the door, and press “lock.” Remember your code – you’ll need it to open the safe again. Please leave the safe door open before checking out.
